Marc Vogel and Reinout Prakke are founders of ARBOR lawyers, a firm specialized in matters concerning (strategic) issues in relation to employment/labour in a wider sense among which Works Councils-matters, business co-operations, and Board/governance-issues. They act on behalf of (business) organizations and private persons (management and boardroom level). They are also founder/member of (www.ellint.net) and closely co-operate with these similar type of firms in various countries in and outside Europe.
Both of them are seasoned lawyers with more than 30 years of experience as lawyer and strategic advisor/sparring partner with a similar extensive background in corporate and commercial law. After a start at Stibbe respectively Nauta Dutilh they each founded their own firms before they joined up. They are trained mediators (ADR) and have completed the supervisory council/board members training at TIAS post-graduate university. Reinout Prakke is also a substitute judge at the Court of the Hague.
Areas of Law Registration
Mr R.G. Prakke and Mr M.P. Vogel have both registered the following area of law in the register of areas of law of the Netherlands Bar Association: Employment Law
As a result of this registration, they are required to obtain ten continuing education points in this registered area of law each calendar year, in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.
